Terms of Service

Version 1.0, effective 6 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Blastt: the website blastt.cz and the Blastt apps for Android and iOS. The Czech version is binding; this English one is a translation for your convenience.

1. Who we are

Blastt is operated by HARMANEC s.r.o., ID No. 21328218, with its registered office at Příčná 1892/4, Nové Město (Praha 1), 110 00 Praha ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@blastt.cz.

2. What Blastt is

  • Blastt shows in one place which courts, pitches and other sports facilities are free at venues in and around Prague and other cities. We read this information from the venues' own reservation systems.
  • Blastt does not book anything. You book and pay on the venue's own system, under the venue's terms. Blastt is not a party to that booking, does not collect payments and cannot change or cancel it.
  • Signed-in players can also find people to play with: create and join matches, chat with the other players, record results, follow their level, run recurring series and competitions.
  • Blastt is free of charge.

3. Your account

  • You sign in with Google, Apple or a link sent to your e-mail. One account is for one person.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • Use a name that does not mislead others or impersonate anyone.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep access to your sign-in method (your Google or Apple account, your mailbox) secure.
  • When you create an account you accept these terms and confirm you have read the Privacy Policy.

4. Playing fair: matches, chat and conduct

When you use Blastt, you agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against other players, in chat or on the court;
  • post anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent or infringing someone else's rights;
  • spam, advertise, or ask players for money unrelated to the game;
  • share other people's personal data without their consent;
  • report results you know are false, or manipulate levels or rankings;
  • create matches you do not intend to play, or repeatedly not show up without telling the others in time;
  • access Blastt by automated means, copy its data in bulk, probe or disrupt its servers, or get around any limit or safety feature.

Agreements between players (who books the court, how the cost is shared) are between you and the other players. Blastt is not a party to them.

5. Reports and blocks

  • You can report a player, a match or a message in the app. Reports go to us and we look at them; we may remove content, warn, suspend or delete an account.
  • You can block a player. You then do not see each other's matches, cannot join each other's, and you stop seeing their messages.

6. Your content

  • What you post (your name and profile picture, matches, messages, results) stays yours.
  • You give us a free, non-exclusive licence to store, copy and show it to other players in Blastt, for as long as it is needed to run the service and for the time stated in the Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for your content. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

7. Levels are estimates

Your level and its changes are calculated from your questionnaire answers and from the results recorded in Blastt. They are an estimate meant to help you find fair matches, not an official rating, and we do not guarantee their accuracy.

8. Availability and prices

Free slots, prices and other venue information come from the venues' systems and can be out of date or wrong. We do not guarantee that a slot shown as free is still free, nor that the price is correct. Always check on the venue's booking page before you go.

9. The service

We provide Blastt as it is. We may change, add or remove features, and we may interrupt the service for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

10. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by Czech law, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of Blastt, in particular from bookings made on venues' systems, from wrong or outdated information about availability and prices, from the conduct of other players, or from the service being unavailable.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, in particular for harm to a person's life or health, or for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, nor your rights as a consumer.

11. Suspension and deletion

  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. What happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or delete an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or as required by law. Where possible, we tell you why.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when Blastt gets new features or the law changes. Every version has a number and an effective date. When we change them, the app asks you to accept the new version and summarises what changed. If you do not accept, you can sign out or delete your account.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes are decided by the Czech courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. A consumer may also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz) for out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute.
